To Love

What more can I ask

of You, beloved?

What more can I say?

For You have heard

all the words

and shown me

every Way.

With gratitude to Ruth at synch-ro-ni-zing for honouring me by sharing my poem The Year of Yes on her blog... Yes! Yes! Yes!!!
(The Praying Hands by Albrecht Durer)

  3. Not a single time have I read "The Year of Yes" and not felt a sob at the end. Sometimes just a soft one, but a catch of recognition - truth, love, depth. So glad I found you.

  13. Its so amazing to read this poem, understand where you may be coming from and yet see our own reflection in these words. They speak both of love and pain, almost a thread of underlying despair in our efforts.

    Please keep writing.
